I am looking to develop a generic pattern that can be followed in a cyclical (there is the word again!) way to produce the result that I am aiming at.

Tuesday 0700 - listen to the news. Look at the to do list for the day. Start with a daily entry Check Adsense

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Check Yahoo Mail

Check Gmail

Check CMH http://webmail.aded.co.za

End the day with the to do list for the next day. 9 - 10: SUNDAY Evening is stock take and week plan
